The Landlord may request a further deposit for pet(s)/pet(s) agreement - this will depend on the size and type of property, the pet(s) being kept and whether the property is furnished, it will not be more than the equivalent of one month rent.
The landlord will request a deposit to be paid which will be held in the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of the tenancy, this will usually be 1.5 times the monthly rental amount.
